The Small Print!
1) Cost
10% non refundable deposit payable at time of booking
Full payment at time of booking for high season bookings and also bookings within 8 weeks of arrival
Payment options on request.
2) Pets
Please take care of our Villa and Land by clearing up after your pets. We also ask for a €50 damages deposit at the time of booking, this will be returned at the end of your stay. Any damages must be paid for.
3) Children
Children must be supervised at all times, including in and around the pool and play areas.
4) Cancellations
We understand that your travel plans can change.
Once we have received your 10% non refundable deposit your booking is confirmed, if you need to cancel we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
5) We take no responsibility for accidents/damages/loss of personal property whilst you are staying with us.
6) Keys
We will provide you with 1 set of keys for the villa, if these are lost please inform us as soon as possible, there will be a €5 charge for replacing the keys
7) Breakages
Accidents happen, if you do break something please inform us as soon as possible.
8) Smoking
If you smoke please use the ashtrays provided and dispose of your cigarettes responsibly, due to the surrounding countryside, fires do start easily.
9) Swimming Pool
Children must be supervised at all times when in and around the swimming pool. We also ask that you do not use the swimming pool during dark hours.
